COSMETIC TATTOO

Cosmetic Tattooing is a form of semi permanent tattoo applied to the skin. We perform the Feather Touch, Ombre and Combination techniques for the Eyebrows and the Lip Blush Tattoo for Lips. High quality pigments are used and we have a wide variety of colours to match to your desired brow hair colour. Cosmetic tattooing uses a different technique to standard body tattooing, meaning it is not permanent, rather semi permanent which lasts anywhere from 12 months to a few years. 

 

Lip Blush Tattoo

Lip blush tattoo is a semi-permanent makeup that can enhance the colour and shape of your lips and give the impression of more fullness. This is done by depositing colour ink into your lips and along your lip line to improve the overall look. The colour is subtle to give natural-looking results.

Feather Touch Brow Tattoo

Feather Touch Tattoo, also known as Micro Blading uses a micro blade to draw fine hair like strokes mimicking natural brow hairs to create fuller and well shaped eyebrows. This technique is ideal for those wanting a natural looking brow and are needing to fill in gaps or create more shape, whilst still looking like hair!

Ombre Brow Tattoo

The Ombre tattoo technique is a fuller, powdered look for the eyebrows. This technique uses a machine with a needle to shade in the brow shape. Ombre tattoo is ideal for those wanting a fuller look that mimics perfectly applied makeup to their eyebrows. It suits all skin types and is great for oily and thickened skins.

Combo Brow Tattoo

This type of tattoo is the Ombre and Feather touch techniques combined. We start the brows off at the front with hair like strokes using the Feather Touch method and then shade the brows using our Ombre method. This technique is perfect for those needing to add more 'hair' to the fronts of their brows, but still wanting the perfect makeup look for the tails.

Tattoo Consultation

A consultation is essential before having tattooing to ensure you are a suitable candidate.

The appointment for an eyebrow tattoo consultation includes a brow style if desired and an in-depth chat about the shape, after care and outcome of your tattoo. This must be booked at least a week prior to your tattoo appointment.

For the Lip Blush Consultation, founder Chloe will explain the treatment in detail, answer any questions you may have, discuss your shape and pre and post care.

Touch Up

We offer touch up appointments for our work only. If you have had cosmetic tattooing elsewhere and are wanting a touch up with us, you will need to book in for the initial tattoo appointment. For existing clients, our touch up appointments can be booked anytime after having your cosmetic tattoo, when you are wanting the area refreshed or filled in again. The usual amount of time between the initial tattoo and a touch up is 12 to 24 months.

A 4 week touch up is included in the initial price of tattoo however if you go over four weeks our pricing is as per below:

Touch up after 6 weeks of initial tattoo: $100

6 month touch up: $250

6 month plus - starts at $400

If you're thinking about having cosmetic tattooing done for the eyebrows, we recommend coming in for brow styling to perfect your shape a few months beforehand and this can be booked in with any of our specialists, see our price list for brow appointments. This is a separate booking to the tattoo consultation.

Please note: We cannot perform waxing or tinting on the same day as the brow tattoo. If you require waxing or tinting this must be booked a week prior to your tattoo appointment.
