Standard postage is available for $10 or express postage for $15.
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Lost or stolen vouchers are not able to be reclaimed.
If you have purchased a voucher for a specific service, we are able to transfer the value of that voucher to a different treatment.
If your treatment is less than the value of your voucher, we are happy to keep the balance for you to use at a later date, provided it is within the date of the voucher's expiration.
At Olive + July we have made the decision not to take booking deposits from our clients, however we do have a cancellation policy.
We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. By notifying us as early as possible, this will allow us to fill your available spot.
. OUR POLICY .
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If cancellations are made less than the required 24 Hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment will be charged. Payment can either be made over the phone or will be charged to your next appointment. Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration. By booking with us you are agreeing to the cancellation fee.

ONLINE BOOKING INFO
Our online booking system lets you choose a therapist, however if you are a new client or have seen multiple therapists in the past, we may move your appointment to another therapist to ensure our schedules flow smoothly.
If you wish to request a therapist, we ask you to please call, text or email us your preference and we will make a note on your file for all of your bookings.
By booking online you are agreeing to see any of our fully trained therapists.

We ship Australia-wide. All of our skin care and retail products are available via postage! To make an order, simply email us with your wish list, contact information and shipping address.
Delivery times provided by us are estimates. We won’t be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries and please ensure to provide the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and we cannot be held responsible for damaged items after they leave our store.
Our prices are listed in Australian dollars. GST is included in the price but shipping costs are not and will be added during the checkout process. Our prices are subject to change from time to time.
We also provide an email gift voucher option, which we will email to your nominated email address within 1 business day.
A pick up from the Subiaco salon is also an option. Please wait for us to email you to let you know when your voucher will be ready for you to collect. It will not take longer than 1 business day.

Our salon and spa locations are places of relaxation and we kindly ask that our clients adhere to the following ~
Please ensure your phone is on silent or switched off. If you do need to make a call, please step outside.
Please keep in mind that other guests are relaxing and we ask any noise to be kept to a minimum.
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes early if you are a new client to fill out new client forms.
While we love to watch children laugh and play, we also want everyone to enjoy their spa day. Please do not bring young children to your appointment as it can be distracting for other guests and for our therapists to complete their work to the best possible standard.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if they are having a treatment done.
We have the right to refuse services if we feel it is within the best interests of the client, employees and the company.
