Head to our online store to purchase your gift voucher now. To help us customise your voucher, please enter the below details into the "add a note" section of your shopping cart:

  4. You are welcome to include a personalised message eg "Happy Birthday!" please keep this short and sweet! 


We have an email version available or we can post one out to you with the gift bag included - standard postage is available for $10 or express postage for $15.

Please note: Gift Vouchers expire after 3 years and cannot be used after the expiry date. Olive + July has the right to uphold this policy in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. By notifying us as early as possible, this will allow us to fill your available spot.


Should you need to amend your booking, cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.  If notice is given less than the required 24 Hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment will be charged. Payment must be made before rebooking and can be made over the phone or via bank transfer.

If you have made a deposit, the deposit will be retained.

Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration.

By booking with us you are agreeing to the cancellation fee.  


By making an appointment with us, you are agreeing with our cancellation policy.

Our online booking system lets you choose a therapist, however if you are a new client or have seen multiple therapists in the past, we may move your appointment to another therapist to ensure our schedules flow smoothly.  


If you wish to request a therapist, we ask you to please call, text or email us your preference and we will make a note on your file for all

of your bookings.

Refund on treatment and products

Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if a product purchased in store is faulty or a service is unsatisfactory, proof is required in physical form or photographic evidence and you may either exchange the faulty product or a credit will be added to your account, which will be at Olive + July’s discretion. We don’t refund for change of mind. We also do not provide refunds for treatments based on results. Due to the variable nature of human skin, brow hairs and lashes it is impossible to guarantee any specific results from a treatment. All treatment is undertaken at your own risk, as stated on our new client form.


Refund on Gift Vouchers

No refunds on gift vouchers and they are not redeemable for cash. However, gift vouchers may be used for the dollar amount toward any product or service at Olive + July.


Reaction to a Treatment

Photo evidence is required to confirm a reaction. If an Olive + July beauty therapist confirms a reaction, we will suggest the best course of treatment and add a credit to your account. There are no refunds available.





Your privacy is important to us. It is Olive and July's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website,, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

We ship Australia-wide. All of our skin care and retail products are available via postage! To make an order, head to our online store or

if the product you are after is not available online simply email us

with your wish list, contact information and shipping address.

Delivery times provided by us are estimates. We won’t be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries and please ensure to provide the correct delivery address.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and

we cannot be held responsible for damaged items after they leave

our store.

Our prices are listed in Australian dollars. GST is included in the price but shipping costs are not and will be added during the checkout process.

Our prices are subject to change from time to time.

We also provide an email gift voucher option, which we will email to your nominated email address within 1 business day.  

A pick up from either our Subiaco Clinic or South Perth Spa is also an option.  Please wait for us to email you to let you know when your voucher will be ready for you to collect.  It will not take longer than 1 business day.



We ask you to please arrive 15 minutes earlier than the treatment time to check in and fill out forms. 

Please ensure your phone is on silent or switched off. If you do need to make a call, please step outside. Please note that we cannot accomodate time for phone calls and this will cut into your treatment time.

Please keep in mind that other guests may be relaxing during a treatment and we ask any noise to be kept to a minimum. 

While we love to watch children laugh and play, we also want everyone to enjoy their pamper day. So we have a dedicated Mum's and Bub's day, every Tuesday, where you can bring along your baby or children. On all other days, Please do not bring infants and young children to your appointment as it can be distracting for other guests and for our therapists to complete their work to the best possible standard. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if they are having a treatment done.


We have the right to refuse services if we feel it is within the best interests of the client, employees and the company. 



With almost half of our team being Mamas ourselves, we realise how hard it is to schedule appointments in and finding someone to look after bub is not always possible… So we have decided to set a dedicated day where you can bring along your baby/children to your appointment!

The dedicated day is Tuesday! And that will mean that everyone who is scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday will need to understand that there may be babies and children around and that can mean the clinic may not be as quiet and zen as usual! And mamas you don’t have to feel bad for baby crying during a facial! This will also mean that our appointments will be a little longer incase you need to tend to your little one.

There’s a few things to consider when booking in with your bub:
- We are not responsible for your baby/child, you take full responsibility and must keep them safe and away from hot wax, power points, and anything else within the salon that may be dangerous to a curious little one
- our team aren’t child care workers, we are beauty specialists and will do our best to accommodate you and your mini!
- please no food or drinks in the salon (if desperate and a snack is the only way your child will sit still, please bring a mat along for them to sit on and clean up afterwards)
- please no climbing on furniture
- you’re welcome to hold/ breast feed your baby while on the beauty bed
- most of our services are available to mamas; just be mindful of the timing if you know your bub won’t like a long appt!
- unfortunately lash extensions aren’t available if you’re bringing a baby along as you aren’t able to open your eyes and tend to your child
- please call, text or email us and advise that you’re bringing a baby/child as we will need to extend the time
